On behalf of Sister Audrey M. Hopkins, Grand Worthy Matron and Brother Clifton J. Hardy, Grand Worthy Patron, the Convention Facilities Committee welcomes all Subordinate Chapters to attend the 104th Annual Grand Session of Oziel Grand Chapter, OES, PHA. The Convention will be held June 29 – July 3, 2017 at Crowne Plaza Philadelphia-Cherry Hill, 2349 West Marlton Pike, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.

Hotel Reservations:
Reservations may be made directly with the hotel at 1-888-233-9527 between the hours of 7:00 am and 11:00 pm EST.  Individuals must identify themselves as a guest of Oziel Grand Chapter 2017 to receive the contracted rates. 

The cut-off date for room reservations is May 29, 2017 in order to be eligible for the group rate.  After this date rooms and room rates will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rate.   A valid credit card will be required to guarantee all reservations.

It should be noted that if you do not check in on the date specified, your room will not be carried over to the next day and your reservation will not be valid.

Room Rates:
Single/Double Occupancy $119.00
Junior Suite Rate $250.00
Suite Rate $350.00

All Room Rates are subject to 7% NJ State Sales Tax and 8% NJ State Occupancy Tax.

All suites must be reserved through Sis. Renee Reed. Please e-mail your request to her at  with arrival/departure and suite size.  Questions concerning your suite reservation may be made by phone at 973-477-2641.

All room, tax and incidental charges are the responsibility of the individual.  Pre-payment of one night’s room and tax will be required to guarantee all reservations.  In order to confirm your reservation, a Credit Card is required.  Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival.

Check Out Time: 12 Noon

A Surface Parking Lot is available for Hotel Guests at no charge.

Hotel Premises:
While on hotel premises, please be courteous to other guest by avoiding loud music and loud voices especially during late hours. The Crowne Plaza Hotel is a smoke free property and adherence to their policy is expected. The Fire Marshall in Cherry Hill prohibits the use of candles, sterno or any electrical cooking appliances on hotel premises. Sister Audrey M. Hopkins, Grand Worthy Matron expects this policy to be strictly adhered to. Oziel Grand Chapter will not be responsible for any liability levied for negligence of policy. Hospitality activities that violate the hotel policies will be shut down.

Registration for Grand Session:
Advance Registration Fee: $60.00
Late Registration or On-Site Registration Fee: $70.00 (Cash only)

Members attending Grand Session must be registered under your name only. If any member from your Chapter registers and does not attend, you cannot assume their identity. Violation of this policy will result in paying on-site registration.

The Registration Chairperson must receive registration documents and payments no later than May 28, 2017. After that date, the late registration fee will be applied. All checks must be made payable to Oziel Grand Chapter. Members must register through your Chapter Secretary.
